1. Eligibility and Information

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase under applicable law. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not itself constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for canceled items.

3. Product Information and Intended Use

Review dimensions, materials, included pieces, and care instructions before purchasing. Lighting and screens may affect displayed colors. Styling accessories are included only when expressly stated.

Retro styling does not by itself mean that an item is antique or secondhand. Follow product-specific instructions and do not assume food-contact, heat, microwave, dishwasher, or outdoor suitability unless expressly confirmed.

Use products for their intended purposes and observe relevant safety instructions.

4. Prices and Payment

Review the checkout currency, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final amount before payment. External bank fees and import charges may apply as explained in our payment and shipping policies.

If a material price error is discovered, we will seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher price without authorization.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Mandatory remedies for delayed delivery, defective products, and misdescribed goods remain available.

6. Bulk Purchases and Brand Use

Contact us before placing bulk or commercial orders. Buying products does not grant authorized-retailer status or permission to use our branding and website materials commercially.

7. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and Disputes

Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders. Contact us first about a concern so we can attempt a practical resolution. Mandatory local consumer protections and access to competent courts remain unaffected.
